JAL国内線ファーストクラス「シャンパンに泡がない」泡無しシャンパンに遭遇 [紀行]
12月の出張、JALのステータス到達までもうちょとだったので（最低の、ですが）
気張ってファーストクラスに数回乗りました。
で、最後のフライトの食事時に出てきたシャンパン、
泡がない・・・・・ えっ？
隣の人もシャンパンが泡が無く、
もしかしてオーダー聞き間違え？
白ワインと間違えた？？？？
食事は本当においしかったのですが、
気になること気になること、
で、CAさんが、「もう少し如何ですか」と持ってきたボトルは
やっぱりシャンパンのボトル。
そして、やっぱり泡がない。
短いフライトで、揺れもあったので
なんだか聞くのも憚られ、
帰宅後にメールで問い合わせをしましたら
「ファーストクラスであってはならないこと。
今後は細心の注意で云々・・・」という
いかにもJALらしいお返事。
そして、先程ネットを見ていましたら、
泡が無かった理由が分かりました。
JALは抜いたシャンパンに栓をしないので、
時間が経つと完全に泡が抜ける！！
へぇーーーー。
安全上の理由からだそうです。
JALからの返信メールにも、そう書いて頂けば
もっと分かりやすかったのに。

この方は国際線ファーストで泡無しシャンパンに遭遇され、爆！
ANAだと、クォーターボトルで供されるので、泡無しはないですよね。
でも、上記の方の情報によると、最近はスパーリングワインだとか。
JALはフルボトのゴッセ（Gosset）。
って、実は全く詳しくなく、「えっ？ごっせ？」という感じですけど、
泡無しシャンパンを、あれだけ堂々と供されると
文句も言えませんね。さすがJAL！
でも自分が供された泡無しシャンパンは
一体いつ栓が開けられたものだったのだろう。
大人の高級炭酸シャンパンは
やっぱり泡がないとね、と思います。
